Gailan with Ground Pork

Last order from Exotic Orchard I got a big bunch of fresh in season gailan.

Cooked ground pork from Cutter Ranch with half an onion, many big slices of garlic, sesame oil.

I cut up the bigger stalks and let them soften a little before putting the thinner stalks and leaves in and splashing in some mirin and soy sauce and putting on high for a few minutes with the lid on.
