I’m reading Cook’s Illustrated Fall Harvest Recipes magazine and am noting various items I need to add to my supply list.
Rimmed Baking Sheet
I’m thinking of this less for baking and more for roasting. A baker’s half sheet is 16.5” x 11.5” and will fit in my little apartment oven.
To fit in the baking sheet.
Also need a V-rack for proper roasting.
9x9” Baking Pan
I have a mediocre 8” pan with a double wall, but so many recipes call for 9”. Saw a solid one at The Bay, made by Oxo and was copper coloured.
For traveling to Airbnb’s and having proper knives.
