I bought this 5L mason jar at Famous Foods and got straight to work making a tepache batch.
Skin and core from one pineapple and about a dozen lychee, peeled and seeds removed. Sliced ginger, a 5 inch root. All from Exotic Orchard.
Also poured in all of the ginger bug I made almost 3 weeks ago.
3/4 cup of white sugar. And now we wait.
