Bought a lot at Columbus Meats and immediately started cooking some of it.
Started late, but got in almost 5 hours with this pork shoulder.
- onion powder
- dry mustard powder
- coarse salt
- cane sugar
Just realized no garlic went into this! For best results, let sit in dry rub overnight or minimum of 4 hours. I think this got 30min!
5 hours at 300F.
Out of the oven
A fair bit of sugar that blackens and burns. Have to use foil so you don’t wreck pans!
